I felt the earth move

Oscar wasn't phased.

We experienced a 5.9 earthquake today like much of the east coast but I think Virginia felt a stronger shake than most.  I was in the grocery store looking at salsas when the floor began vibrating and things started falling off the shelves.  I think what was most surprising was how loud the quake was.  My initial thought was something exploded outside...but thank goodness that didn't happen.  

Luckily we all got home safe and I found Oscar in one piece.  He wanted sausage and we took him to a game of tennis.  Earthquake 2011.
