Leg of a Housefly




On Monday I promised I'd post images from my new microscope.  I plan to create my own "specimens" but in the meantime, I am entertaining myself with its pre-made specimen slides.  This one is of the leg of a housefly. Gross and awesome.

    you just happened to have a housefly leg lying around? i thought most flies die or hibernate in the winter.

    very cool picture, but im somewhat scared to visit your residence.
